  2. If you have an electric razor, you should use that tomorrow before school without any worries about cuts.  Then, a few days down the road, you can practice shaving with a razor for the first time.

For shaving with a razor, parroting the advice given by people above:

    1)  Wash your face with warm water.  Or just plan to shave after morning shower.  This softens up the hairs and makes shaving easier.

    2)  Apply shaving cream to areas you want to shave.  If it’s a gel, you have to lather it a bit in the palm of your hand.  Directions are always on the canister too.

    3)  Let cream sit for ~15-20 seconds.

    4)  Using your razor, shave in a downward motion, applying pressure only so much that you remove the hair.  You’ll learn with practice how much pressure this is.

    * Spots notorious for cuts depend on your specific facial features, but usually occur around the mouth and on the chin.  This is where the delicate art of “contorting your face to make a smooth shaving plane” comes into effect.  The specific facial contortions that work for you will be unique.

    5)  When finished, wash face with cold water to close up the pores (helps prevent bleeding too)

    6)  Admire your new smoothness in the mirror, while checking for any spots you might have missed.

    7)  Apply aftershave if you want.

  3. as long as you use shaving cream or some kind of soap you shouldnt really cut yourslef at all. just go slow and wash it off after stroke.

  4. 1. buy a normal shaver.

    2. get the shaving cream.

    3. cover the part(s) with the cream.

    4. use the sharp razor part to scrape it off until you cannot see anything on it anymore.

    5. In that time, DO NOT WASH!

    6. after thatwash the area(s) again just in case.

  5. never used an electric, but it should be the same.

Wash your face, or the area your gonna shave.

    Put shaving cream on.

Apply pressure but so much that you cut your self, just enough to glide the razor DOWN  and cut the hair.

Do this until you you've cut all the spots you want.

    then wash/dry.

    and yor done.
