I have herd that you can catch a std from shaving. Well i was wondering if i wiped off my razor with a towel while shaving to clear the razor of hair that water did not get off. With water but looking back i am not sure if that towel was clean and i was wondering if i could get an std. Other info i have NEVER shared my razor. And after wiping off the razor it was held under warm/hot water for at least 3 seconds

Thanks

AND AGAIN I AM SORRY FOR THE RE-POST

  1. NO!!! There was no sexual contact with another person and if you haven't shared your razor then no. The person you heard that from isn't the sharpest tool in the shed.

  2. I remember a story about a guy going to the doctor with his wife present, and the doctor told them together that he had a sexually transmitted disease.

The wife asked the doctor, "But could he have gotten this on a toilet seat?"

And the doctor said, "We'll, it would certainly take an excellent sense of balance."

STD's are only transferrable from one infected person or instrument to an uninfected one.  If your razor isn't shared, it won't have the little creatures responsible for STD's.

Just like the guy at the doctor's, the only way to get that STD is to have s*x with an infected person.

But, don't share the razor, even with a close friend...  some wise one will decide to shave an underarm or leg with it, and man o man....when you next try to use it on your face, it'll feel like you've been peeled.
