I recently ordered a movie from Shaw video on demand, so I watched about half of it and it was all in black and white for some reason. So it said it expired at 10pm the next day so the next day at around 9pm I tried going to "my orders" again but nothing was there. I called Shaw and the guy said to just order it again and they would refund the money. So I did that and when I tried to watch it nothing my screen went blank. The guy on the phone said he would reset my cable box and I should wait about half an hour. So I did, and tried watching the movie again, but still nothing would happen? Anyone know what's going on?
