"She be" is pretty bad grammar.  The correct form of "to be" is "is".  Also, you have to put it in question form, with the verb before the subject.

I don't really understand your question: what is it you want to ask? 'She is away at school' simply tells you that 'she is at school'. I don't understand where you get 'she leaves from there' from!

People here say: 'he/she is away at school' when they mean that someone has gone away to boarding school (and, therefore, won't be coming home for another 6 weeks or whatever).

There are no day schools here (the closest is a 2-day drive away) but I don't think you'd say 'away at school' if it was just a day school and they'd be back home in a couple of hours. I reckon, in those circumstances, most people would just say: 'he/she's at school'.
