She never wants to make arrangements in advance?

I have a friend who never wants to make plans in advance. That makes me feel like she is waiting for a better offer before making plans with me. What do you think? She I tell her to get lost and not bother meeting her again?

They are reknowned for being like this it is so rude and frustrating never mind hurtful you are always made to feel second or lower in their list of priorities well you know what? Do it back to her. Go out with other people and don't invite her, start mixing more with other people and see how she feels then. Just make sure you tell her next time you see her "oh I was at blah blah film the other nite, or I was out at that new club or show or whatever you get up to. She'll either ask to be notified next time or she'll drop off your friends list. People who do this are acting like they don't want to be your friend, so act back, leave her out and concentrate on people who do make plans with you instead of using you when they feel they have no better offer.
