  1. 2000 or more pounds is what draft horses weigh people.  The largest horse (Radar) weighs just over 2500 pounds, so that is huge and NOT average.

I can't imagine a warmblood getting much over 1500 pounds unless it gets obese, but the average is probably around 1200 or 1300 pounds.

  2. Between 900-2000 lbs

    Depends

  3. Really depends on the breed of the horse and how big they are. Id say somewhere between 1500-2000 would be the average

If your trying to figure out your own horse's weight, get one of those weight measuring tapes (they're super cheap)

  4. 1000-2500 lbs

We have a large pony warmblood who is lucky if he weighs 1000 lbs. We have and 18.2hh warmblood who weighs about 2500 lbs. And everything in between.

18.2 Holsteiner/Oldenburg cross. Weighed ON A SCALE by the vet, 2480 lbs.

  5. its too variable

  6. If the average Belgian weighs around 2000 lbs (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Belgian_hor...   ) a warmblood really shouldn't be going anywhere near that big.

    I'm thinking 1200-1600 lbs.

  7. I'd say about 1000-1500 pounds.
