She went for a 2hr hair cut, is she being faithful ?

You never know my hair cut takes 5mins. She has been gone 2hrs already. I am shaking.

It usually takes my hair dresser 1-2 hours to do my hair, keep in mind that some like to chat you up so that may be the cause or she stopped somewhere afterwards, calm down and give her some space.

omg relax. Think about her travel time.. she gets there talks to the stylist about what she wants thats like 15 to 20 minutes sometimes. Gets washed thats like 10 minutes. Haircut can take up to an hour. Then maybe they are talking about doing something different. Maybe on her way back she stopped for gas.. food.. store..

She might be cheating but don't jump to conclusions because she could be getting her hair colored and that can take anywhere from 1-3 hours.

Hmm. Have you ever thought that it takes more time to do a woman's hair since their are more processes involved (washing, drying, hair color, cutting, etc.)? Have you ever thought of the possibility that there may be a line in front of her and that the stylists are busy trying to finish the hair of other clients? Have you ever thought of the possibility that the hairstylist maybe slow at styling hair? Maybe, just maybe, she wanted to get something to eat or shop after she left the salon. If you are worried about someone cheating on you, then maybe you should not have a wife/gf. Then you would not have to worry about it.

Jumping to conclusions is dangerous. Especially if you do not have substantial evidence.

LOL! Man you are a GUY!! Chicks hair can take up to 4 hours!!! Depending on if getting coloured. But Ive had a cut take 2 hours. She might be looking in the shops while she's out! Dont worry man. Dont stress. She's probably shaking too - from needing to eat. I always shake in the HDs they take so long especially for a good hairdo

well for girls it can take a numerous amount of time.  because sometimes they have to get layers highlights etc.  dont worry about it these things can take time

Some of my clients have to drive for 30 minutes, one way, just to get to the salon.

A hair cut (shaping) can take 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the difficulty of the cut and the desired style.

Styling/blow drying, can take another 20 minutes.

Roller sets require 10 minutes to set and at least 25 minutes to dry, under the dryer.

If the stylist is running late getting to her, that can be as little as 5 minutes.  (HA-HA!!; as if we are would ever be only 5 minutes behind!)

If we're behind, it's usually, 15 to 30 minutes.

I have a group of 7 women, who come to the salon at the same time, every 4 weeks, even though they are scheduled 30 minutes apart.

They show up at 7:30 AM and socialize until the last one is finished.

If one of them has a birthday, anniversary, a new grandchild, received a promotion/changed jobs, etc., they bring everything they need to celebrate. They prefer Mimosas and Screwdrivers.

Husbands aren't allowed.

They have formed a friendship, which started by getting their hair done on the same day.

They are my only clients on that particular Saturday, because, quiet frankly, after coloring, cutting & styling their hair, I'm exhausted!

When she comes home, tell her how beautiful she looks and mean it.

A little romance can lead to a lot of passion!

Consider yourself lucky.

If she had had a mani & pedi, she still wouldn't be home.

Don't jump the gun.  I have gone to the stylist with the intention of getting a simple trim and I ended up spending 4.5 hours there.  Mind you, I went all out, but my hair looked fabulous!

no women ever got her hair cut in 5 minutes! if you're really suspecting that she's cheating because she's been away 2 hours getting her hair cut, then she's the one who should be worried, you sound like the kind of guy who will make her life unbearable.

first of all, getting your hair cut that's more time for women, 2 hours is nothing, if she's getting any kind of colour put into it it could take much longer, even if she isn't there's waiting because things often run overtime, washing hair, talking to the stylist, getting it cut (takes 30 minutes at the very least), blow dried, styled, etc. then she might look at some shops or get something to eat, met a friend for coffee, you have no reason to be worrying.

second, if you act like you're constantly suspecting her of having an affair you WILL drive her away. i've gone out with a guy like that, and it was on of the worst experiences in my life, no matter how much i cared for him it just wasn't enough, and i had no choice but to leave. you have no idea how hurtful it is to know that the person you love doesn't trust you or respect you enough to think that you can be faithful. if you love her, trust her, or it will never work.

edit- it's the colour that takes time (a lot of time), not the blow dry. why would she think to say there was no power if she was lying? people don't randomly add those kinds of unexpected details. yes it's a likely story, but if you need people on the internet to confirm everything she says, you have a real problem.

she's chosen to be with you, she doesn't deserve to be treated like a criminal who can't be trusted or you property who should answer to you for her every movement. act like this and when you lose her it wont be because she's having an affair but because you drove her away.

my hair is quite long, and it takes 30 mins.   depends if she's getting it styled

if you want to test her when she gets home...have some 'fun' with her

if she isn't in the mood, she probably just got back from a 'date' with another guy if she's all for the fun with you, then she's really just getting a 2hr haircut

Girls hair take much longer. Shampoo, cut, dry/style.  You usually can tell when she comes back. She should smell different, her hair at least.
