I used date this lady son, so she took it upon herself, to gamble her mortgage money away in one night, she harrassed me to please lend her some money to complete the payment she had to make, well im no longer with her looser son, because he ended being a felon in the state of conneticut . Anyway, still to this day i have not gotten paid, i know it's not worth the time and money if i take her to small claims court because she is out of state. However what i want to know is that i can get all her neighboors address i want to send ALL of them a letter telling them what kind person she and her son are, can i get in trouble for that??? please i need a good answer.

  1. grow up and stop being a bitter person..........Don't lend out any more money if it effects you this much........

  2. Just put a lien on her house...your money will gain interest and when the bank forcloses on her for being a dead beat payer, they will pay you off.

If you need some extra money read my blog and see how I make my money  (I promise I dont sell you anything, its just information)  http://evieeandrew.blogspot.com/

  3. I really don't think that you are going to see this money again. You have to remember that you lent money to a dishonest person. She used to gamble her mortgage money, probably still does. I don't think its worth taking her to small claims court. If I were you I would chalk it up to a bad experience, you made a mistake, one that you won't make again. I am sure you are not the only person this has happened to.

  4. idk, but i hope you get your money back. i really hope this works out and you dont get in trouble xx

  5. I would think that is a form of harassment. It is her word against yours that she borrowed the money but she would have the letters as evidence against you. Ultimately it was your choice to give the money to her. She may have harassed you but she didn't force you or cause you harm?

I would learn the lesson from this and move on with my life.
