Shedding chest fat! Need advice!?

My chest is so disgusting! I have so much fat around it, and my nipples are puffy. I HATE IT! Im going to start running a half mile everyday and then boost it up to eventually 3-4 miles a day after a few weeks to a month or 2. Running a LOT, and dieting... how long should it take to see my man b***s sayin BYE BYE

  3. I'm afraid no one can give you an exact time. However, if you have low carb and low saturated fat diet then you should be able to see difference in a month. You will also need to do resistence training to tone up the chest muscle otherwise they will stay loose and jiggly.

    Try HIIT instead of the long runs. It is much more effective.

Push ups my friend, push ups.  They will work wonders because they tighten your chest muscle and once the muscle becomes strong, it will burn off the fat in no time.  Make sure you do it slow though, like 20 pushups in 3 reps every other day until you get used to it.  Then slowly work your way up.  Good luck!

  5. running is a great exercise, it will reduce body fat all over your body and for men the fatty spots are usually teh chest, stomach, and lower back, fat will come off of those spots the first too, also watch your diet, watch how much fat and carbs you are eating.  keep running, i just started to run too its great the burn all over the body, lift weights, be active and healthy lifestyle.
