Shedding some pounds and tone up

i know its not impossible and i know you can do it at home without the expensive equipment and gym memberships. i'm about 275-290 (have not really checked my weight) and 6'3. i just want to drop a few pounds and tone up a.s.a.p by doing some workouts at home. does anyone have a work out schedule i could use? routines or whatnot?

  1. swim! thats the best thing to do to tone muscle and lose weight sprint and do long amounts and do every stoke if you can do them


  2. If you just buy one investment to "tone up" it would be a punching bag...good stress reliever and Its fun to do kicks and punches for cardio, it builds up leg and arm muscles fast, and It would also be good to do walking or jogging twice a week and swimming whenever you feel like it.
