I don't know. I wonder how much longer he will last. I know he is not highly thought of as a coach in WA. But that has probably got something to do with the thought that he jumped ship, at a crucial time, chasing an extra dollar.

It is the general view here that Malthouse, with the playing squad he had at the time, under-achieved. He coached the eagles to two premierships but many believe it should have been at least four. He left here with a reputation as being selfish & self-centred. At least he doesn't dye his hair anymore.

When will Mick be sacked? When Collingwood have someone who can do a better job.

I doubt it would happen as at Brisbane, Collingwood doesn't have a Jonathan Brown whose views could influence events. Though Nathan Buckley has all the smarts and skills to be a good coach. Bucks seems to be enjoying his media flirtation this year, and he is competent at it as well - compares fairly with the clever Mr Cometti and really shows up Bruce McA-waffle.

Predict that Mick will take his own leave within three years, it's time.

I think Mick is a good coach and will be around for some time yet. There should be a section where you and your girlfriend can go and argue elsewhere.

Collingwood cant keep making excuses

for this bloke. He has been there for 9 or 10

years and still hasnt delivered the goods. get

rid of him and put someone more up with

Thats the way that its playing out theser days, i just dont get it - i wont be surprised if dean bailey (dees) gets sacked next year if the dees dont perform. Malthouse may get sacked, because if u think about it, collingwood have not won a premiership since 1990 and even though malthouse may have led them to finals, not a single grand final has been won under him at collingwood - maybey its the fact that when he came to collingwood from the eagles (where he won 2 premierships) he lost his touch.
