Question:

Sheep triceps brachii muscle?

Could someone please help me find an anatomical drawing of the sheep triceps long head? It is to go into my thesis, and I have just discovered in horror that my ancient book on ruminant anatomy doesn’t have this.

I am going crazy trying to find a decent picture online (since I have not left myself enough time to order a veterinary anatomy book from The British Library!). I would therefore be so very grateful if someone could direct me to a good site, or if they could scan a picture from their own anatomy book....

I would settle for a picture of a cow or horse, just something close as it can always been changed post-viva.

  1. You might try contacting CHRISTOPHER PASQUINI, BS, DVM, MS

Professor, Veterinary Anatomy at St. George's University in Grenada.  He is anatomist par excellence and has published numerous atlases.  I'm pretty sure they won't just let you stick a scanned picture in your thesis, but that's surely not what you meant.  Are you planning to draw one yourself once you get some source material?
