Shelbourne Abi tipped to win the Owlerton Bookmakers Ladies 480 – Duplicated
Shelbourne Abi has been awarded with the best odds for the Owlerton Bookmakers Ladies 480 – Duplicated at Sheffield in England on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. The winner of the 480 metres flat race will bag a cash prize of £500.
The Grade OR event, which is scheduled to start at 19:40 GMT, has attracted six quality runners and their names are as follows: Shelbourne Abi, Ritual, Moyar Kite, Jaytee Bliss, Skywalker Daisy and Droopys Cinders.
The bookies have full confidence in the abilities of Shelbourne Abi, who is a pretty decent performer. She has been setting some impressive trial times at different venues and her race form is also not bad.
In her previous race, Shelbourne Abi finished runner up at Sheffield. She was not the favourite to win that event, but performed exceptionally well and challenged the race winner until the end.
The J. Davy’s trainee will need to be at her absolute best in order to win today’s race. She is the daughter of Wheres Pedro out of Shelbourne Dora and was born in July 2009.
On the other hand, Ritual will also be the one to watch out for in the race, as her performances have been quite good at Sheffield. However, she has mostly been doing trial runs in recent times and might find it hard to perform in this class.
The S. Mason’s trained b***h is a good starter, but she will also need solid stamina to win the race today, as the overall distance to cover is nearly 500 metres. This might work against her in the end, as her performances in the longer distance events have
been a touch inconsistent.
The blue b***h, who is a seasoned runner, is the daughter of Collision out of Locnamon Nell and was born in October 2009.
Other than the top two favourites, Moyar Kite will also give a tough time to her rivals. This will be her debut race at Sheffield, thus the punters might not risk a lot of money in her favour.
However, the P. Rosney’s trainee has the ability to surprise one and all with her sheer speed. She is the daughter of Crash out of Tinrah Kewell and was born in January 2010.
It will be hard for Jaytee Bliss, Skywalker Daisy and Droopys Cinders to challenge the top three. However, anything can happen in racing, as it is quite an unpredictable sport.
