Shelf life of Yellow Grease and Glycerin?

Question

Im curious to know the shelf life of yellow grease or non cleaned cooking oil. Also does glycerin have a shelf life? If so what is it and how should these 2 products be stored to maintain viability?

Store at below 40 degrees,last long long time.At room temps use in one year.I keep 400 gals. in the basement.
