I know that there is a redlobster restaurant close by the hotel. Is it in walking distance?

There was one in the Atrium at Bay in the tower at Dundas and Bay St Dundas and Bay corner acrossed from the Bus terminal) years ago and still there last fall when I was at the Worlds Biggest Bookstore on Edward St

From the looks of it no.

The hotel is on Queen street West and Red Lobster is On Queen street East.

Queen is a very long street...

yeah, theres one on queen east, just take the streetcar, goes straight down queen street, go east bound and you'll go right to it!
