What did Sherlock Holmes where as the disguises in The Speckled Band, The Redheaded League and A Scandal In Bohemia! Please please help!

  1. I remember the disguise in A Scandal in Bohemia: Sherlock Holmes disguised himself as an old clergyman. Irene Adler left a note to Sherlock Holmes in which she states (in part) "Yet, with all this, you made me reveal what you wanted to know. Even after I became suspicious, I found it hard to think evil of such a dear, kind old clergyman."

    I don't recall, offhand, any disguises in the other two. However, you can search through the stories here:
