She’s All In posted her 11th lifetime win by a massive margin in the Sixty Sails Handicap
The Oklahoma bred 5-year-old mare, She’s All In, turned in a fantastic victory when she waved goodbye to the rest of the Grade 3, $200,000 Sixty Sails Handicap field at Hawthorne Race Course on 21 April, 2012, when she downed Helen Pitts trained, Distorted
Love by a massive margin of 8 ¾ lengths.
Trained by Donnie K. Von Hemel for owner Robert H. Zoellner, She’s All In prior to the Sixty Sails Handicap came off a productive Oaklawn meet, where she competed in three races and turned in placed finishes in all of them.
The daughter of Include, kicked off the 2012 season with a third place finish in the Pippin Stakes. At about 1 1/16 miles, she only let Absinthe Minded and Tiz Miz Sue get away, as the former won the race with the winning time of 1 minute and 45.27 seconds,
and the latter finished second on 21 January, 2012.
On 18 February, 2012, She’s All In against a similar cast posted a third place finish yet again with the same Pippin Stakes one-two taking the center stage, leaving the top 3 finishes identical to the last race.
Bowing out of the Oaklawn Park meet, She’s All In participated in the Grade 3 Azeri Stakes, but third time on the trot she couldn’t pass Tiz Miz Sue, though she improved her finishing with a second place finish, but the day belonged to Tiz Miz Sue as she
topped the 1 1/16 mile distance in 1 minute and 43.58 seconds, as Joyful Victory finished third for trainer Larry Jones.
Out of mare Georgia OK by Hickory Ridge, She’s All In posted her 11th lifetime win in 23 starts with an impressive ratio of placed finishes, with 18.
Sent as the 5 to 1 shot in the Sixty Sails Handicap, She’s All In was ridden by jockey Luis Quinonez, and the pair got on top after the early pace setter, Love and Pride, weakened.
Stretched out in distance to 1 1/8 mile, She’s All In blasted off and left the 35 to 1 shot Distorted Love in the stretch and covered the distance in 1 minute and 51.97 seconds.
