Shifting to hyderabad?

hi i m planning to shift to hyderabad from delhi and would be joining a bpo there .can anyone tell me where is the hub for bpo's in hyderabad and where would i get a decent not posh (not too expensive) flat to stay nearby(how much would a 1bedroom flat cost for rent )and also how much do we have to pay the owner as ADVANCE in hyderabad(how many month's rent?)

Hitech city is the IT hub in Hyderabad.Most of the BPOs are also located in and around it.

You can hire some apartment nearby area (would suggest in Madhapur) for around 5-6K pm . The  advance towards house rent is not too much, I remember of paying just 2 months rent in advance; suggest you negotiate well .

Hi I am from Hyderabad, it is developing southern city, lots of Potential for growth, too many BPO's are thre. it is all located in and around city commuting (vehicle at least 2 wheeler required)

there is place called, Banjara Hills, Jubliee Hills, Hi-tech City, Madhapur, Gachibowli..... getting an 1 BHK will cost not less than Rs.7,000/- to Rs.8,000/- including maintenance Per month.

Advance normally the landowner takes 6 months to 1 year rent as advance. Cost of living is above average. Climaticconditions are good except April, May,June ( peak Summer) rest of the Nine months from July to March will be good. good schooling, Medical facilities are available.

It is a lovely place to live for a middle class person. Excepting for April and May, when the summer will be oppressive, the other season is very salubrious. In fact, I am of the view that its climactic conditions are much than comfortable than even Bangalooru
