  1. Actually this is not a big deal.

Shiloh will actually have dual citizenship.  She will be American by birthright of her parents but she will also be South African by nature of her birth.  Her birth certificate will have many pages attached to it..

On her 18th birthday she will make a choice as to which citizenship to keep.

Being a military brat i had the same problem.  I was born in Germany and had dual citizenship till I was 18 at which time I had to make a choice and sign a document.

things may have changed a little bit but this is basiclaly how it works.

As far as Love Lau, Your not the sharpest knife in the drawer are you?  No they do not have to live their life with Visa's and as far as your comments, so you don't like them fine, but man that's just harsh!!!

  2. The child is American because her parents are American .. but she will have to have another Birth Certificate made when she comes to the USA for the first time.

And the fact she was born in Africa wouldn't change her Nationality if that is what you're asking?

Noo, she's not African-American because shew as born in Africa ..

  3. i do not follow "celebrities" but i hate that couple..and i think that is stupid if she was couldn't they just took her to visit..they are idiots...he deserves an incest weirdo and she deserves a conceded moron

  4. She would be African because she was born in Africa, it's not only about what your mother and father is. It's about the soil you where born on. She was born in an African Hospital, technically speaking she's born Causian because of her parents. But her Nationality is African. I am a black woman born to 2 Haitian parents it makes me Haitian American/ or some people say African American. As you can see I was never born in Africa but is considered African American. Shilo is more African than I am because she got the chance to be born in Africa where I can only carry the title because of the color of my skin.

  5. She's American but she's an African citizen. That's what I read some where but don't remember where. When she's older she can choose if she wants to be an American citizen or African citizen. And yes it's legal.

  6. she'd have dual citizenship so she's both she'll have two passports

EDITED  hey it just hit me she's African American

    lol

  7. If your a US citizen your baby is too no matter where you have the baby.
