i shimmy practise few times for about a half hour everyday non stop and love to do it because i couldnt do it before and when i do it, i sweat alot does that mean i am in my fat burning zone or cardio zone and i will burn fat and if so, what are the targeted areas in where i will burn fat, my legs? my midsection? buttocks?
all i knowis that when i did it for an hour 1 time my a-s-s was so sore the next day so i was just wondering if i did shimmies and only shimmies everyday along with my dance class once a week, would i burn fat? along with healthy eating of course.
