Ouch! Gosh! I just got a huge shin splint in my leg and it hurts really bad! How do you get rid of them quickly. I live for sports, and this is stopping me from playing them. It hurts really, really, really badly!

You have to let it heal, or it could get worse. You could even end up with a stress fracture.

You should see a specialist about this.
