Shinco SDP-1731A 7" dvd player

Question

i bought shinco SDP-1731A 7" dvd player 3 years back from singapore,it worked well till last month. When i insert any disc,it says no disc. I showed it to a local technician and he says the lens need to be replaced. Pls advice me on this and if lens replacement is required, where should i look for ir?
