The Borussia Dortmund midfielder has criticised his teammate for being selfish and insisted that the striker could have scored more goals if he passed the ball around.
Kagawa has blamed http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robert-Lewandowski-c31255 for being selfish throughout the course of the season and insisted that the striker tries to score himself rather than passing the ball to a teammate who is in a relatively better position.
The midfielder claimed that the club’s top goalscorer does not look for options when he enters the opposition box and claimed that there are numerous opportunities wasted because of this. He added that this is the type of player

“Lewandowski's game is purely focused on trying to score himself, rather than playing together with his team-mates. He never looks around him for players who are in a better position than him. That's why I hardly get the ball from
him. There's nothing you can do about that, though. That's simply the type of player he is,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The former Cerezo Osaka star added that although Lewandowski has 20 goals to his name, the total could have been higher if he had coordinated well with teammates. He added that his total of goals would also have been higher if
the team played short passes and went for goal after a good build-up.
“He has scored 20 times, and I have 13 goals to my name. The only difference is that he doesn't cooperate with other team members. I am convinced that he would score more goals if he made better use of me on the pitch,” he concluded.
