The Borussia Dortmund midfielder has rejected transfer reports to Manchester United after opting out of a new deal at the Signal Iduna Park.
Borussia Dortmund attacker, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Japan-c2928 international has been strongly linked with a move to the English Premier League where he could play
for Manchester United.
The Borussians sporting director, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Michael-c25261 Zorc, has also confirmed about his player’s link with the Red Devils. He mused that the former Cerezo Osaka star has also opted not to sign a new deal with Dortmund and is still undecided
whether he will honour his deal at the Signal Iduna Park until 2013 or vice versa.
While talking to a local news channel, the Sporting Director further added: "Shinji is going to play in England because he has officially rejected our offer of a new contract."
On the other hand, a Japanese TV channel claimed that Kagawa is currently into his last year in the Bundesliga and will part ways with the club at the end of this campaign. The channel further claimed: "May 12th will be my last
game for Dortmund and then I will start a new chapter with Manchester United.”
However, the influential attacker has denied reports linking him with a move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 by the end of this term. He mentioned that it is going to be one of the most difficult decisions of his career especially after earning too
much respect in the past two years at the Westfalenstadion.
"I haven't made a decision yet. At the earliest it will be after the [Pokal] final. I've listened a lot to the supporters and to my team-mates, and I'm really touched by what I've heard. I'll make my decision only after discussing
things carefully with my agent," Kagawa concluded.
Kagawa joined the Black Yellows in 2010 from Cerezo Osaka and has played a major role in his side’s transition. He helped them to two successive Bundesliga triumphs including the one this season.
The Japanese has so far scored 21 league goals for Jurgen Klopp’s side from 49 appearances in all and is expected to play a key role when Dortmund take on Bayern Munich in the final of the German Cup on May 12 in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Berlin-c7536.
