Borussia Dortmund midfielder Shinji Kagawa has insisted that he is happy at his current club and has no intentions of leaving in this summer’s transfer window. The player also denied any rumours stating that Manchester United had
talks with Borussia Dortmund over a possible transfer.
The Japanese international played a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Vitalô-c40903 role in the club’s journey to the Bundesliga title last season but suffered a metatarsal injury in the AFC Asian Cup and was on the treatment table for most of the second-half of the campaign.
Kagawa stated that he is happy with Dortmund and is looking forward to the start of the next season. The midfielder claimed that he owes a lot to the fans and hopes to be fully fit throughout the next campaign. The player remained
confident that he has a bright future with the club and wants to play for many more years as a Borussian.
“I can only say that I've found a wonderful spot at Borussia Dortmund, where I can play football. I feel comfortable here,” he was quoted as saying in an interview to the club’s official website.
The 22-year old played down rumours of a possible transfer to English giants Manchester United and insisted that it is all speculation. He added that there has been no contact whatsoever between the two clubs and that he had himself
known it from the media.
