Shiny or Matte Boots?

Once again, I come for help with shoes. For the following shoes, what's better: matte or shiny?

I realize they're a little extreme...also, they're going to be worn with this outfit in black+pink and with fishnets:

I'm thinking of getting pink laces for the boots as well. Any recommendations, or just outright dislike for that combination?

Matte I don't think i would go with the pink laces though.
