Question:

Shiny skin, no makeup... any solutions?

I have very smooth skin and a nice complexion. I do not wear ANY makeup except for eye liner, mascara, eye shadow, and lip stick.

My problem is that in pictures, my forehead, cheeks, and nose appear shiny. I do not have excessively oily skin, and my face doesn't even look all that shiny in person. But I would like to resolve this problem.

How can I make my face appear less shiny in pictures without wearing foundation (I'm afraid it'll eventually clog my skin) or whatever?

  1. You can try a translucent pressed powder or blotting papers.

  2. WELL THEY HAVE BLOTTING SHEETS THAT  YOU CAN GET FROM DRUG STORES. ALL YOU DO IS RIGHT BEFORE YOU TAKE PICTURES JUST PULL OUT A BLOTTING SHEET WHICH COMES IN A BOX SMALL ENOUGH TO FIT IN YOUR BACK POCKET

AND PAT YOUR FACE WITH IT

  3. try bare-minerals.

    it doesn't "clog" your skin.

  4. Use those oil blotting paper .. dey work great :)

  5. try clean and clear shine control moisturiser!! it keeps u shine free and doesnt clog ur pores plus it smells great... about 6 bucks at any drugstore!!!

  6. foundation actually is best because it keeps things from clogging your pores. especially if its non-comodegenic, because those are specially made to not clog your pores. other than that, powder gets rid of shine, and if its just for shine i would go for translucent powder.

    hope this helps!

  7. They have cleansers specially made for shiny skin. I think its clean and clear shine control
