Shiping a car, one state to another.?

I want to buy a car in texas and have it sent to CA its a 1352.55 mile distance how much might that cost and who do I contact?

best is to go on line and type in auto transport and see what comes up in your area, than fine one that transports from texas to calif.

   you can choice from companies that run thru those states.only price I can match up is from florida to new york which is about 1250 miles it cost my friend 500.00 to ship it, they came right to his house to load it up and all he did is send the keys with it, but had title sent by mail just in case. they delivered in 5 days and dropped off at closest place to his family member up there which was 2 blocks away and they called the family member to tell them when it was to be delivered and where they had to go to pick up.

  the only reason they dropped it off 2 blocks is because she lived in a real close street that they couldn't get down, so dropped it off at a school which worked out fine, he told me they were very good in doing a transfer, so best to start on line first and get prices.

  the price might change somewhat because of high gas prices now but this price was 9 months ago he got, so expect somewhat higher for fuel cost.
