Shipping a JDM car to US

Question

I have a 1992 Mazda Eunos Roadster (Japanese market Miata). It is RHD and I want to ship it when I transfer from Japan back to the states. I have 2 questions,,,,, can I ship it thru the military like a regular POV and can just park it in my garage until the 25 year mark so I can register it without all the $$$ I need to get it to conform to standards??

Ask someone at your branch, they should know. You are military they should ship it on the house. (free)
