How do I ship an engine within a state? I live within Georgia (savannah) and I found an engine I want in Atlanta, and I do not have a truck.

Is there anything I should look for specifically? how much are we talking usually?

  2. UPS has a freight service, or you can looking for a moving company that can lift and transport the engine.

  3. Tranny? lol

  4. tranny?

    as in transexual?

    haha

    just kidding

    I have no idea man

  5. it might have to go by freight. i have a friend who owns a performance shop and alot of his stuff is delivered by truck companies because the companies he orders from doesnt have a delivery service.  you should look for a truck driver listing in your phone book or even online.

i couldnt give you an estimate but expect 200+ because of weight and distance.

  6. I used a company Alliance Air Freight & Logistics (yes they ship by ground too), they happen to ship a lot of auto parts. They did a great job & were inexpensive. They have a website you can check out www.shipalliance.com

  7. no clue dude
