Shipping books--cheapest method?

I am moving and all I really have to ship is a bunch of boxes of books. There are a total of about 30 boxes of books to send. Would anyone with shipping experience happen to know the least expensive way to send these boxes to my new home a few states away? Media mail? UPS ground?
