Shipping from Australia to U.S.A?

how long would it take for an item to ship form Aussie to the USA? a small item that can be shipped in a envalope on regular shipping service...

Are literally talking "ship" ...as in ..over the water?

if so, I would think closer to 3months.

But if you're talking an envelope size, why wouldn't you send it via Airmail Postage?

just take it to your local PO, they could tell you how much each method would cost and how long (just an average).
