Shipping label?

When selling items on ebay / amazon where do you get the label that has the recipients address, return address, tracking number, and delivery confirmation code?

I know on Amazon you go to your seller account and look at your sold items. There will be a link to print the packing slip and the recipient's address. From what you are describing though, it seems as though you are describing a shipping label which can be purchased at UPS or the post office.
