Shipping .?

on my UPS tracking number page, where it tells you where the things are its stuck on one city for like 4 days, its stuck in some naymeth NY or something for 4 days, my delivery is scheduled for the 29th but i wanna know where it is, is there a way to tell?

Call the customer service line and ask what the problem is.  Maybe they can get it out of jail in NY and reroute it to you.
