im moving out of state and i need to ship my shoe boxes to florida its about 16 boxes .. how can i do that and about how much would it be??

It will depend on weight as well as size.  Often the post office is the most convenient and practical and inexpensive way to do it.  If you go to the USPS site you can enter all the specific information and find out how much it will cost.  Also, any moving companies in your area will give you an estimate.
