Shipping to Peru?

I was in Peru in April and met two desperately poor children 11 and 12. I would like to send them some clothes, shoes and some jackets. I have contacted charitable organizations and they are unable to help since this is just a single family. I took the package to UPS and it would be $100.00 to ship to Cusco, Peru.

Any and all suggestions appreciated.
