Ships/cruises to america from europe with a dog.

Question

i know that the queen mary 2 goes to new york and accepts pets but it only goes from southampton, does anyone know of any that go from france or hamburg or somewhere like that and allows dogs? i am in germany at the minute. woudl be great if you could help

Not to be mean or anything, but I would not be happy if I had seen any dogs on the cruises I've taken.  Why would yuo do that?  The ships are crowded and it's really not a good place for dogs.
