If we start early morning frm Shirdi after darshan. is it possible to visit Triyambakeshwar, Nashik & reach to Mumbai on time for evening flight ??

Yes absolutely it's possible to visit Tryambakeshwar , However i would recommend you to book a cab , coz you never know , if bus delays it would be a problem . So be ready with all options ..

But as far as my experience consider , i think it's possible to catch the flight .

Yes.  You can defenitely reach Mumbai to catch evening flight, provided you are travelling by car. If you are travelling by bus, it may not be possible if there is delay in getting buses from Shirdi to Nasik, Nasik to Thrimbakeshwar etc.
