pls tell me the best transportation between Shirdi to Goa. Is there any bus service b/w these places?

There are number of pvt and government buses from Shirdi to Goa, You could also take a but to Pune and from Pune you will have more options of buses to Goa plus Pune also has a flight and two trains going to Goa daily.

Yes there are buses services from private players and Kadamba (Govt of Goa) tourist buses which are plying between Shirdi and Goa.
