Shirley Temple Movie?

Ok, I can't remember the name of this Shirley Temple movie. I remember watching it as a very young child and I would like to watch it again. If anyone could give me the name of the movie, that would be great. Here's what I can remember:

Shirley is with a family who has a spoiled daughter. The daughter gets a brand new doll for Christmas and I think she throws it and breaks it. Then she throws an old doll away and Shirley (being poor) takes the doll out of the trash and offers to care for it. The rich girl comes up and tears the head off the doll so Shirley can't have it. In the end of the movie the brat is finally getting spanked and everyone is happy.
