Shisha ban in London!!?

I know there is a shisha ban in London. Is anywhere still open? Ive heard that if there is shisha outdoors its ok? Please correct me if im wrong!

There is a ban on all forms of smoking in public buildings throughout the country. Shisha is covered by this.

Outdoors is fine (and I've seen people doing this near Piccadilly Circus), but there is limited space on the street.
