  1. Firstly E-bay is not a fraud site its mealy a online market which has many great things about it and a few bad. Secondly you need to leaning how to f******* spell.  As to the Nigerian guy there are so many answers to your question i could not possibly answer it fully but a few things to consider would be: 1) Can you afford the amount with out it disadvantaging you 2)  Get all the facts on the business... contact S&P or another credit researcher to get info on the businesses financial  situation or just ask your room mate  although he may lie to you. 3) Dose he look like a trustworthy person, personality, looks, habits are they odd? is he suspicious or paranoid. 4) transferring money overseas is risky hard to recover and if you willingly transfer it without proper documentation the police can not do anything when it goes missing and you might even be charged for money laundering if it doesn't end up anywhere. 5) The documents you found may be fraudulent take a proper look.  6) With the laptop thing what the h**l thats not a reason not to trust him.... anyway... hope i helped!!

  2. Are you so desperate to do business that you want to trust a person..............whom you know since past 4 days only ?

First understand the market where you will be sending those product as export. Don't just blindly believe in this words.

Important thing, never ever share your bank details with an unknown. After sharing, if you loose any further information or any monetry loss..............bank will not help you.

My recommendation: No point in trusting that person.

    Best of Luck,

    Regards,

    Sunil

  3. Don't trust him. There's not one ounce of legitimacy here.

Nobody asks someone they've known only four days to invest in a business with them.

Either this guy is REALLY stupid, or he's counting on YOU to be REALLY stupid.
