Shocking Day sleeper?

Question

My baby is 3 months in a few days and she was self settling and sleeping for 2 hours and waking for an hour or two but now she's only sleeping 45 minutes and not self settling anymore (have to rock her to sleep because she's so overtired even though I put her to sleep in her wrap as soon as I see her tired signs)

When will she go back to the longer day naps?

She still wakes every 3-4 hours at night

She isn't crying when she's awake but she needs her sleep to grow.

My son is 11 weeks now and is staying awake longer and longer at a time. Trust me sweetie your baby is going to grow just fine with or without sleep. I have to hold my son a lot to get him to go back to sleep now also. It is just part of a babies age progress. Naps will usually get shorter as they get older. Congrats on your baby!
