Shoe for my feet , can't find one that will not hurt. Does anyone know a good shoe. Inserts don't help pain

I am on my feet for 12 hours day a concrete floor, no mats on the floors, factory work . My feet, legs, back hurt every day what is the best shoes too wear?

I have the same problem, but the steel toes I got are called WORX shoe. I haven't had any major soreness with them and I have had them for over a year.

First off, why aren't there mats?

Talk to your employer, or your local safety representative.  You can't be the only one in pain.

I've had good luck with "Happy Feet" inserts.  They stopped me from getting worse when I started getting shin splints from standing all day.  As I recall they are a little prices ($30) or so, but so worth it.
