Ok so I purchased shoes for school and they seemed to fit perfectly at the time but ive now realised that they are slipping off my feet when I walk. I tried to get the smaller size but their are none available at the moment. Can wearing insoles or anyhting help make the fit more comfortable?

  1. insoles would only raise your foot by a little.

try wearing thicker socks, tighten your laces (if you have any) and then i guess you can try wearing insoles.

if it *really* annoys you then you can try making thicker insoles if you have spare material =P

  2. If the shoes are too long, inserts won't help. There are some silicone pads that fit on the inside back of the heel that might keep them from slipping. I've seen them at Target. I think they are made by Dr. Scholls. They are usually in the pharmacy section with all of the foot care products, but sometimes they are in the shoe section,
