you will have no problem as the shops there are great measure you to perfection bit expensive but you get what you pay for and there bras are supportive and will enhance your body go for it a good few bras you will feel brilliant there shops are all over so just pop in and get one tailor made.

All shops selling underwear are carrying small sizes.

(Carrefour, C & A, Etam Lingerie, Jennyfer, Innovation -this high end shop carries all brands from the cheaper ones to the most expensive ones e.g. La Perla & Lise Charmel-, specialized lingerie shops - although these would be more expensive -, etc..)

I don't know about Luxembourg.
