Shop online pay when you get your item?

i want 2 shop online than pay by money order when i recieve it any sites like that please help me

No company works like that.  you may be able to find a place that ships cod but it is unlikely

You will have to check out the payment options of the sites you are interested in to see if they offer cod, but those places are few and far betwwen, try purchasing a prepaid reloadable mc/visa card, then you can load it uo when you are ready to buy something/

yeah i wanted that to because i didnt have a credit card but i never found anything like that so i got a walmart visa pre paid card. it works really good and you dont owe money. well just a little fee a month and to put in money but it doesnt add extra to the stuff you want like credit cards do and the only time it chargesyou money is just a few bucks a month and when you take your money out at like an atm or something. it is great .....or you can get a gift card...
