  1. wow u pretty much screwed up ur honor now huh? well ur under age and they can only charge you, n maybe do sum community service im not really sure, make sure u dont do it again!!!!

  2. You'll get two years of probation court costs, and another 600 $ fine.

Count your blessings though because if you were not caught, you would have continued to steal and move on to bigger and bigger things.

That's how it almost always works.Good luck and make new friends.

  3. If convicted, you could serve a small jail term, about 30 days, or if it's your 1st offense, you could pay a fine. If all goes good calmy bring your cell phone.

  4. Definitely say your phone was taken. They had NO right to take that from you with out telling you especially since you obviously didn't steal it.

They will just give you some community service hours to do. Thats about it. Maybe even pay a fine, though you could easily explain having scissors in your bag and the charge for weapon could be taken off.

My mom carries scissors around just for simple everyday things, you never know when you will need them.

  5. Hopefully you'll have a lawyer that can explain you options, more than likely you'll get probation and/or community service and pay the $

  6. Even with a clean record they could lock you up.  I hope you weren't planning on college.  A conviction will mess that up for sure.
