  1. well then just dont shoplift

  2. I don't see what your criminal record would have to do with you going to school. They shouldn't effect each other.

  3. All school boards have their own code of conduct, and if pupils habitually violate these codes by misbehaving in OR out of school, then the board is quite entitled to expel those pupils, especially if the pupil brings down shame upon the school.

  4. I don't no what NSW is but no they should not be able to expel a student because it has nothing to do with school whatsoever

  5. maybe yes..it depends in the school policy

  6. No they cant expels you from public school unless the crime is done on the school's premises. But they have no need to do so, after a few more shoplifting the police and juvi court will give up on you and you will be forced to go juvenile facility.

Also your parents might be sued and will be forced to pay all the fines from your crimes.

Be smart, one day you might need a clean record and good reputation to get a good paying job.

  7. of course - they have the school reputation to think of and probably do not want a convicted thief in their school.

  8. Hmmm. Does he want to be in school? Does he think he should change his shoplifting behavior? Something needs to change or the person will be in a prison school! The thing that needs to be worked on is the shoplifting behavior. Get help for that, not the school thing!
