Question:

Shoppes in Monty and Quebac...?

I'm taking a school trip to Canananada in a few weeks, and there's time for shopping schedualed. I was wondering if anyone knew of some good goth shopes in the Montreal/Quebac area. Also, if you could give me the general price range - what you think of the stuff- y'know, useful information like that. But that's superfluous - I really just want the names of some shops.

(Oh, and any other tips/mannerisms/&c that would be useful to know for said trip would be appreciated.)

  1. There's a shop called Cruella on Mount Royal. To get there, you take the metro (the orange line) to Mount Royal metro. When you get out of the metro, you go left up Mount Royal and just keep walking til you get there. It'll be on the opposite site of the street from where the metro exit is, I think it's about a 5-10 minute walk.

They have all sorts of stuff from clothes to shoes & accessories - it's pretty expensive but I think you'll like it. It's really good quality stuff - not cheap ****.

The metro will cost you 2.75 each time you get on, and if you like there are lots of cool restaurants & cafes on Mount Royal while you're up there.

Enjoy! Remember, 'thank you' in French is 'merci' (pronounced mare-see) which is probably the most important French word to know :)
